Buy, sell, transfer of ownership, establish, rent, security, tax, pawn and transferrable property and non-transferrable property; |

Investment of excess funds in matters allowed under Section 54 of the Act; |

Establishing subsidiaries under Section 19 of the Act with the approval of the Chief Registrar; |

Participation in collaboration and memberships in other Cooperatives; |

Encourage members to be prudent by saving part of their income via a monthly deduction or direct payment to the Cooperative and providing members and staff at the Cooperative with credit facilities and loans; |

Undertake activities related to the Scheme for Islamic Pawning Facilities [Ar-Rahnu / Al-Rahn]; |

Undertake agriculture, estate, animal farms and forestry activities. |
