Bai AL-Inah

Bai' al-inah is defined as a type of business where the financier sells his / her assets to a buyer at a fixed price which is payable by the buyer in the future. Subsequently, the buyer will sell the original assets back to the financier at a cash value lower that the future price that was established earlier.

Al-Bai' Bithaman Ajil (BBA)

Al-Bai' Bithaman Ajil (BBA) is a buy and sell contract with a firmed-up price. Under this concept, KOJUTA will provide the funds to the client to assume ownership of the property or services where KOJUTA will purchase the assets belonging to the client or from the 'vendor' at a cash value and subsequently it will sell back the asset to the client at a buying price that includes a profit and the client can then re-pay in the form of a one-time payment or installments.
